Fresh Vietnamese Peppercorns on the vine (Seasonal)

Hi fresh pepper lovers! Sorry to announce that this year didn't work out both logistically and our suppliers in Vietnam also are having an issue that may not resolve for a few months. 

I'll post updates here before Christmas and hopefully there will be changes in time, but it looks like we are skipping this year.

Fresh Green Pepper 

Pepper Plant ( Piper nigrum )

Still on the vine, these ripe green peppercorns from Vietnam have a fresh vegetal green flavour and soft berry texture. Not as hot as white or black pepper they are still spicy with a distinct flavour. This pepper is fantastic either whole or mashed in pepper sauces, soups or with steak.

And we love them as a festive touch to the dining table!
